Players: We ensure that individuals are correctly categorised for competitions. Additionally, we enable the Operations Manager and Team Managers to communicate with players regarding competition entry and provide updates related to competition administration.
Officials / Coaches: Our goal is to maintain an adequate number of coaches and officials who can train players at Unit, Corps, and Army levels. These officials also officiate at Army and Corps events.
Corps Secretaries / Team Managers: These individuals serve as the communication channels for all Netball players at both Army/Corps and grassroots (unit) Netball levels. The details we hold are limited to those necessary for contact purposes. Typically, work email addresses are used. If personal email addresses are required, we seek individuals’ permission before collecting them.

Athletes: Personal data is held for 12 months. After this period, players are asked to declare their intention to continue playing Army Netball. If they plan to continue, their information is reviewed and kept on file for the upcoming season. If they choose to stop playing Netball their details are removed from the database.
Event Results: Results obtained from events are retained in perpetuity as a historical record.
Anonymised Data: Certain collected information is anonymised and retained to assist team managers in future sport delivery.
